These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alik Bissengaliyev (the "Company") regarding your use of the mobile application Be Raw (the "App") and its related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
To access certain features, you may be asked to register and provide personal details. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All intellectual property rights in the App, the Services, and all Content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by the Company or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission from us.
Some Services are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed by the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play), and refunds are governed by their policies. You can manage or cancel your Subscription through your App Store Account Settings.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the Company be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting changes within the App or on this page. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms.
These Terms and your use of the Application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
